•    Created and implemented designs based on a combination of operating systems (Windows Server and UNIX) and database platforms (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and DB2).

•    Created Siebel Remote mobile clients, ran generate new database process, and extracted local databases for developers.
•    Inspected Siebel Server log files to troubleshoot and resolve performance and other application issues.
•    Supported development and test teams by migrating code to non-production environments and deploying the final configured application to production.
•    Taught courses on Siebel technical architecture, Siebel development, and Siebel integration at the Accenture Training Center.
